Hm.. now I have the same problem.
Windows XP SP2 (32 bit)
NWN2+MotB 1.10 + NWNX4 1.08 (original or recompiled debug/release build - doesn't matter)
NWNX4 is located in root NWN2 dir.
MadCHook is present.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Kungfoowiz!!!!

Freaking save me hours of troubleshooting (even though I have already spend hours). Now you get to save the people who posted here even more time!!!

Read this page of this post: your problems will be resolved on windows server 2003 r2 64 bit (thats what I run).

http://www.nwnx.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=476&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=45

I tested these changes and ran the nwnx4 demo which works great

my setup:
server 2003 r2 64bit
6gb RAM
NWNX4 v1.08 + use these recompiled versions to remove the requirement of madchook.dll http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=NW
MySQL 5.0.45 AMD64 edition
